经文：【约翰福音十六章20-24节】
20我实实在在的告诉你们，你们将要痛哭、哀号，世人倒要喜乐;你们将要忧愁，然而你们的忧愁要变为喜乐。 21妇人生产的时候就忧愁，因为他的时候到了;既生了孩子，就不再记念那苦楚，因为欢喜世上生了一个人。 22你们现在也是忧愁，但我要再见你们，你们的心就喜乐了;这喜乐也没有人能夺去。 23到那日，你们什么也就不问我了。 我实实在在的告诉你们，你们若向父求什么，他必因我的名赐给你们。 24向来你们没有奉我的名求什么，如今你们求，就必得着，叫你们的喜乐可以满足。
祷告之见证：
一位弟兄的母亲之追思礼拜安排没有和我的服事冲突，令我格外感恩心喜。 （长兄未信主，看黄历而订）
前言:
• 神创造生命，我们的灵必须与神的灵合一，才能真正的满足。
• 喜乐主宰一切
• 我的好处不在你以外，惟有在神里面才能经验生命的美好。 [诗十六 2]
• 不知足使富人变穷，知足使穷人变富。
重点 ：
一. 因主复活了（v.20）
• 主耶稣在悲伤的离别中还能够喜乐，这是因为祂知道离别只是暂时的，忧愁也是暂时的。 祂清楚知道在神永恒的计划里是有盼望的。
• 信心的考验--失败者乃是看环境，得胜者仰望神。 （迦勒与约书亚的信心）
• 由于主的复活，我们的信心因此被开启，在神里面没有绝路的见证。
二. 得新生命 （v.21）
• 生命出现的过程是痛苦的，新造生命的出现更是如此;因为不死就不生，旧造的生命必须死去，新造生命才会出现。
• 因得喜乐忘记痛苦
三. 见到主就喜乐 （v.22）
• 基督徒喜乐的平安和盼望，都来自因信称义，跟上帝有和睦的关系。
• 信心是面对未知的将来仍然能生发一个活泼的盼望。 盼望是根基于神的应许，将来必定会成就。
四. 可以奉主名祈求 （vv.23-24）
• 奉主的名祷告的权柄 - 属灵的尚方宝剑：代表王权
• 基督徒基本的权利： 祷告能得着答应
• 喜乐的基督徒必须常常祷告
• 「奉主名祈求」代表我们可以坦然无惧来到父上帝面前的权柄
结论 ：
• 喜乐 - 耶稣许你一个不失望的人生
• 主耶稣才是我们人生唯一的目标
Scripture: John 16:20-24
20 Very truly I tell you, you will weep and mourn while the world rejoices. You will grieve, but your grief will turn to joy.
21 A woman giving birth to a child has pain because her time has come; but when her baby is born she forgets the anguish because of her joy that a child is born into the world.
22 So with you: Now is your time of grief, but I will see you again and you will rejoice, and no one will take away your joy.
23 In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Very truly I tell you, my Father will give you whatever you ask in my name.
24 Until now you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete.
Preface:
· God created life, and our spirit must be one with God's spirit in order to be truly satisfied.
· Joy is everything
· The beauty of life can only be experienced in God (Psalm 16:2)
· Insatiableness makes the rich poor, contentment makes the poor rich
Key Points:
1. Because the Lord is resurrected (v.20)
· The Lord Jesus can still be happy in a sad parting. This is because He knows that parting is only temporary, and sorrow is also temporary. He knew that there was hope in God's eternal plan.
· The test of faith-the loser looks at the environment, the victor looks to God. (The faith of Caleb and Joshua)
· Due to the resurrection of the Lord, our faith is opened up, and there is no despair in God.
2. Get a new life (v.21)
· The process of emergence of life is painful, especially the emergence of the new life; because there is no life without death, the old life must die before the new life begins.
· Forgetting pain because of joy
3. Rejoice when you see the Lord (v.22)
· The joy and hope of Christians come from justification by faith and a harmonious relationship with God.
· Faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. Hope is based on God’s promises that would be fulfilled.
4. You can pray in the name of the Lord (vv.23-24)
· The authority to pray in the name of the Lord-the spiritual sword: representing kingship
· Basic Christian rights: prayers can be answered
· Joyful Christians must pray often
· "Pray in the name of the Lord" represents our right to come to God the Father without fear.
Conclusion:
· Joy---Jesus promises you a life that will not be disappointing.
· The Lord Jesus is our only goal in life
